What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations for business reporting.
• Lead analytics projects on product profitability, client lifecycle, and acquisition funnel optimization.
• Mentor internal analysts and promote data governance best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields and minimum 3 years senior data analyst experience, preferably in Finance/FX.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced SQL, Power BI, DAX, and data modeling expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with predictive modeling and data governance.
• Project management and ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning applications.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and Agile/DataOps methodologies.
