What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations for business reporting.
- Lead analytics projects on product profitability, client lifecycle, and acquisition funnel optimization.
- Mentor internal analysts and promote data governance best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields and minimum 3 years senior data analyst experience, preferably in Finance/FX.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced SQL, Power BI, DAX, and data modeling expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with predictive modeling and data governance.
- Project management and ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and Agile/DataOps methodologies.
