What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT inquiries and provide customer-focused support.
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize issues using Topdesk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line IT issues including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Monitor incidents and changes, escalate and follow up as needed.
  • Document procedures and suggest improvements for the Service Desk.
  • Initiate and implement ideas to improve IT services.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Schiedam, Netherlands
  • 3+ years of ICT support experience, preferably on a Service Desk.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems including Windows and Office.
  • Experience supporting iOS devices and familiarity with VMware virtualization.
  • Experience with Topdesk or similar ITSM tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices and Incident Management process.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in large organizations or public sector environments.
