What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across hirify.global ONE, Product Management, R&D, and Sales Engineering
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and point of contact for mission critical logging topics
• Create and promote best practices, reference models, and solution methodologies
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support skill development
• Lead or support customer engagements and pilots alongside account teams
• Design and uphold best practices and coordinate collaboration with contributors and product sponsors

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as consultant or architect on technical agile teams
• 3+ years experience with hirify.global platform as power user or administrator
• 3+ years experience with industry logging tools like Splunk or Elastic; certification preferred
• Experience with deployment automation, scripting, and cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
