Location: Onsite in Austria with exclusive relocation support to R&D Headquarters in Linz

Salary: €70,000 gross per year minimum, higher based on experience

What you will do

• Design workflows and visualizations for business events, processes, cost, carbon, and compliance applications.
• Lead UX strategy and contribute to product vision across Business Observability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to the hirify.global design system.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in English (application materials in English required)
• Onsite work in Austria with relocation support to Linz
• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or data-heavy products.
• Experience with data visualization, workflow design, and user research.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and familiarity with design systems.
• Strong communication skills and UX leadership qualities.
