What you will do

• Define and execute AI design strategy aligned with business and user needs.
• Lead design evolution of AI features including conversational AI and Copilot.
• Guide design decisions and establish standards across Data Intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with product management and design system teams for consistent AI experiences.
• Mentor designers on AI design best practices and emerging interaction models.
• Lead user research focused on AI feature adoption and workflow integration.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Linz, Austria or willing to relocate with provided support.
• 8+ years product design experience with 3+ years in design leadership roles.
• 2+ years hands-on AI design experience including conversational interfaces.
• Strong enterprise software and systems thinking background.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (corporate language).

• Experience in observability, monitoring, or analytics domains.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable design solutions.
