TL;DR
IT System Team Lead (Cloud Infrastructure and Cybersecurity): Leading system administrators and operating corporate and R&D lab IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS, Linux, hybrid-cloud, networking, and endpoint security environments with an accent on service reliability, security compliance, and operational automation. Focus on optimizing network performance, managing incidents and SLAs, and building scripting, API, workflow, and AI-assisted improvements.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor System Administrators, managing priorities, workload, and professional development.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT services across corporate and R&D lab environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, AWS, Azure, endpoint security solutions, and other cloud applications and services.
- Own incidents and projects end to end, including escalation, stakeholder communication, and completion.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, utilization, and Quality of Service.
- Improve reliability and efficiency through risk management, scripting, APIs, workflow automation, AI-assisted IT operations, and SLA tracking.
Requirements
- At least five years of System Administration experience, including three years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and administration best practices.
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
- Experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to automate IT operations using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Availability for on-call duty and urgent response outside regular working hours during critical outages.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, accountability, analytical problem-solving, prioritization, resilience, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
