What you will do

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to optimize processes and enhance the risk tech stack.
• Act as a player-coach in the Risk Operations team, guiding analysts and improving execution quality.
• Design and implement tools to improve fraud detection and operational efficiency.
• Analyze complex data to extract meaningful patterns and define metrics.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and experimentation within Risk operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Operations with experience in risk or fraud functions.
• Expert in SQL and comfortable with scripting languages like Python or JS.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into business decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving and project management capabilities.
