TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States or from Figma's US hubs in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $164,000 - $294,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Contribute to product strategy and decision-making for growth and monetization areas
  • Design intuitive, high-impact solutions balancing user needs and business goals
  • Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research
  • Participate in design critiques, mentor peers, and share best practices
  • Ship high-quality product improvements

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for complex software products
  • Strong visual design skills including composition, typography, and layout
  • Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
  • Ability to drive design processes independently from discovery to launch
  • Experience designing for multiple user types and using data to inform design decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth, monetization, or enterprise product design
  • Generative mindset and excitement for uncovering new product opportunities
