Product Designer (Growth & Monetization)

Location: United States; remote work is available only within the United States, or the role can be held from Figma's San Francisco or New York hubs.

Annual base salary: $169,000–$303,000 USD.

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy and decision-making across Growth and Monetization.
• Design onboarding, account management, admin tooling, billing, and other growth-focused product experiences.
• Create and iterate on user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and scalable design systems.
• Partner with product management, engineering, design, and research to deliver high-quality product improvements.
• Use storytelling, structured thinking, research, experimentation, and metrics to guide decisions.
• Participate in design critiques, mentor peers, and share best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong visual design skills, including composition, typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in interaction design and prototyping.
• Experience independently driving design from discovery through launch while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Experience designing for multiple user types or product tiers.
• Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, or data-informed design decisions.
