What you will do
- Hire, train, and develop the sales team, fostering a strong team spirit.
- Build a system for planning, reporting, and evaluating team performance.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
- Design and implement sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in and improve partner acquisition and management processes.
- Engage deeply with the team and spend significant time in the field.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (B2B experience preferred).
- Background in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail industries is a strong advantage.
- Experience in international markets, especially in Asia, is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English proficiency B2+ required.
- Willingness to spend substantial time in the field.
