Location: Vienna, Austria with hybrid work and twice weekly commute to Bratislava office

Salary: €40,000 gross per year starting

What you will do

  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients in English and German.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate campaign results effectively.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in personal development and learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (minimum C1) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing on platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management and client communication skills.
  • Proactive, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B marketing and Account Based Marketing.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, UX, website A/B testing, CRM, email marketing, and automation scripting.
