Location: Washington, DC with hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week) and relocation assistance

Salary: $198K – $252K + equity

What you will do

• Own technical delivery across multiple government AI deployments from prototype to production.
• Embed deeply with public sector customers to design and build novel AI applications.
• Deliver observable full-stack systems spanning infrastructure to applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
• Guide customers on maximizing operational and business value from AI applications.
• Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scale.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and contribute code to maintain momentum.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC, USA
• 5+ years engineering or technical deployment experience, ideally in government or customer-facing roles.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure deployment.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative AI models.
• Strong full-stack coding skills in Python and JavaScript or comparable stacks.
