What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software for model training and post-training optimization
• Consistently improve models to achieve state-of-the-art performance
• Collaborate with specialist teams to produce comprehensive high-quality models
• Develop techniques to enhance training cycles in supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning regimes
• Research and experiment with ideas on supercompute and data infrastructure
• Work closely with top researchers in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in specified cities with remote-friendly culture
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch, XLA/MLIR)
• Experience with distributed training infrastructures (Kubernetes, Slurm) and frameworks like Ray
• Hands-on experience training large-scale models and post-training performance optimization

Nice to have

• Publications at top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
