Location: Remote with presence in Riyadh or Dubai

What you will do

• Plan and execute large-group projects from ideation to production with cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor a distributed team of engineers and identify opportunities to improve models.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to develop AI solutions.
• Engage with partner organizations for joint initiatives.
• Assist legal teams with patent preparation on developed intellectual property.
• Shape product development and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Working proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience leading ML teams in applied research and production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, JAX, and MLIR.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training and inference.
• Strong mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for applied ML models and products.
