What you will do

• Plan and execute large-scale projects from ideation to production.
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams in applied ML expertise.
• Identify and strategize improvements for existing AI models.
• Collaborate with product teams and partner organizations.
• Support legal teams with patent preparation on developed IP.

Requirements

• Must be located in Korea.
• Experience leading ML teams in applied research and production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like Tensorflow, JAX, and MLIR.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training and inference.
• Strong mentorship and communication skills.
• Working proficiency in Korean; fluency preferred.
