What you will do

• Design, train, and improve cutting-edge search models.
• Gather and optimize high-quality retrieval datasets and data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with model serving and product teams to ensure fast, stable inference and develop solutions.
• Engage in research collaborations and publish work in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Take ownership and contribute to shaping the search infrastructure and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from United States, Canada, Europe, or United Kingdom
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX.
• Experience with information retrieval models and semantic search techniques.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building training and evaluation datasets for practical use cases.
• Proficiency in C++ or Golang.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training strategies using GPUs.
