Salary: $130,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Design and build hirify.global’s Android app for music creation, exploration, and listening
• Create foundational abstractions and libraries for performant, interactive media experiences
• Own feature development from zero to one and beyond
• Contribute to design and product decisions across the app
• Optimize performance, user experience, and product feel

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 3+ years of Android application development experience
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android fundamentals
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices
• Familiarity with responsive and interactive UI design
• Understanding of Android design patterns and best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with ExoPlayer or Media3
• Background in audio or media applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs and networking
• Understanding of material design principles
• A love of music is a plus
