What you will do

• Build and ship features for North, an AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents interacting with sensitive enterprise data
• Write minimal, performant code for low-resource and secure deployment environments
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize advanced AI models and techniques
• Innovate security and privacy solutions beyond popular libraries and tooling

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Toronto, Montreal, or New York
• Experience shipping fullstack code in Python and React in production
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Strong coding skills across the full stack and ability to troubleshoot beyond main codebase
• Experience building and deploying performant RAG/agentic applications at scale
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
