• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs for production LLM experiences.
• Build and operate high-availability infrastructure for real-time inference and conversation pipelines.
• Develop internal platforms to enhance engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with applied research and frontend teams for rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Ensure systems meet high standards for security, uptime, and latency.
• Participate in on-call rotations for service reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling backend systems.
• Fluency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, gRPC, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
