Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland or London, England with expectation to be in office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Own vision, strategy, and impact of a major part of hirify.global’s AI platform or AI agent.
• Understand customers, business goals, and AI technology deeply to build compelling roadmaps.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, AI designers, and researchers to explore and deliver AI capabilities.
• Ship ambitious AI products from exploration to production, running experiments and iterating for effectiveness and delight.
• Partner across product, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption and impact.
• Lead teams with clarity, ownership, and momentum to achieve impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence expected in Dublin or London offices at least three days per week.
• English: Proficient English required (job posting in English, level B2 assumed).
• Strong AI and technical fluency, including experience with AI/ML products and generative AI.
• Excellent product judgment balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Sharp problem framing and customer insight using research, data, and direct conversations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and align teams.
