Location: Hybrid in Poland (Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lublin, Opole, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for cybersecurity solutions across transition, run, and transformation phases.
• Design and develop cybersecurity solutions collaborating with bid and solution teams.
• Provide detailed costing models and manage subcontractor quotes and procurement.
• Lead RFI and RFP responses to secure client engagements.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Analyze market intelligence and identify transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from listed cities.
• Languages: Fluent English and German (spoken and written) required.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity design, transition, and operations with presales focus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience in cost estimation, proposal preparation, and stakeholder negotiations including C-level.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, or GIAC.
