What you will do

• Collaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Centre on projects.
• Ensure the availability and continuity of infrastructure services within your scope.
• Manage the technical solutions' efficiency in the sites under your responsibility.
• Be involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
• Contribute to problem resolution and propose IM&T Infrastructure Services modifications.
• Lead small teams, ensure all technical documentation is produced and updated, and assist other regions.

Requirements

• Required university degree in IT or IT-related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience.
• Technical knowledge of networking, servers, virtualisation, storage management, backup, mobility solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Must be located in Naarden, Netherlands, and able to work primarily onsite.

Nice to have

• Fluent in local language (Dutch).
• ITIL foundations or similar certification.
• Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures.
