What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications, including major platforms like Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign.
• Lead SaaS procurement and vendor management, covering contract negotiations, renewals, cost optimization, and license management.
• Drive SaaS testing, onboarding, and rollout, ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, AI, SOX, and Compliance teams for risk assessments, security reviews, and ongoing audits.
• Evaluate AI-driven tools and platforms, staying current on market trends to guide enterprise AI adoption.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the SaaS ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise IT, with strong end-to-end ownership.
• Deep hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Miro, DocuSign).
• Strong understanding of the full SaaS lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Experience working closely with Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and SOX teams.
• Solid knowledge of AI tools and platforms, with the ability to assess and govern them from a security and compliance perspective.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing at scale.
