What you will do

• Lead and manage medium-to-large cloud and infrastructure transformation programs including cloud migrations on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Coach cross-functional teams and partners, ensuring programme governance and benefits realization.
• Translate complex technical changes into measurable business outcomes aligned with client objectives.
• Contribute to business development activities such as proposals, bids, and client engagement.
• Support internal initiatives including training, practice development, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must have Security Check (SC) clearance eligibility, including continuous UK residency for the last 5 years.
• Experience leading cloud transformations and migrations with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong programme governance skills including business case development, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Consulting mindset with ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage supplier relationships.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps, FinOps, platform engineering, and SRE.
• Certifications such as MSP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, Prince2, or Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience in change management and adoption activities.
