What you will do

• Leverage data to analyze customer funnels and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue, retention, and engagement.
• Build customer-facing self-serve products using custom frontends, cloud applications, backend services, and scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Lead engineering discussions, write documentation, and develop unit tests.
• Embed hirify.global’s cultural principles including customer focus, long-term building, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US excluding San Francisco Bay, NYC, and Washington, D.C. metro areas.
• 6+ years experience in full stack, API engineering, or application services roles.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Javascript (Vue).
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, testing frameworks, and cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to partner across teams to solve business problems.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Nice to have

• 2+ years experience on a Growth team.
• Experience with AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis, EventBridge.
• Experience developing Google Chrome Extensions.
• Familiarity with tools such as Turborepo, Terraform, Playwright.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Contentful, Hightouch or similar products.
