What you will do

• Design and maintain automated tests for web, API, and performance scenarios.
• Define test strategies and ensure full feature coverage with a shift-left approach.
• Improve QA automation architecture and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor less experienced QA engineers and support quality challenges.
• Maintain test documentation and report on quality status.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for smooth delivery and quality.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Novi Sad, Serbia
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years of QA automation experience with Playwright, API automation, and load testing.
• Advanced TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and CI/CD tools knowledge.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and Git.
• Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
