What you will do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with UI Designers and developers for design implementation.
- Apply continuous discovery habits to refine ideas based on user data.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
