What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality for customer privacy while working with diverse data types.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools for AI development.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across text, image, video, and audio modalities.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements.
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to enhance labeling task quality.

Requirements

• Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation, or other forms of data markup.
• Must be able to work onsite at Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong concentration skills and an eye for detail to pivot between tasks instantaneously.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German (speak, write, and read).
