What you will do

• Run pre-training, post-training, and deploy state-of-the-art models on large GPU clusters.
• Generate and curate data for training and evaluation to ensure model performance.
• Develop tools and frameworks for data generation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex use cases involving agents and RAG pipelines.
• Manage research projects and communications with client research teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in PyTorch or JAX and strong Python coding skills.
• Ability to work independently in a large codebase with minimal guidance.
• Track record of success in personal, professional, or academic projects.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Paris or London.

Nice to have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD or master's in relevant fields like Mathematics, Physics, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with agents, multi-modality, robotics, diffusion models, or time-series analysis.
• Contributions to large codebases, open source or industry.
• Publications in top academic journals or conferences.
• Experience improving code quality, typing, tests, and CI pipelines.
