Salary: $165,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers to design, prototype, and deploy tailored Kubernetes and cloud solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives and technical leadership during meetings and workshops.
• Contribute insights to product roadmap and collaborate with engineering teams on security and performance enhancements.
• Conduct technical reviews and optimize customer workloads.
• Represent the company at industry events and support R&D efforts for emerging products.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
• Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, security controls, and cloud computing architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and AI/ML networking technologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
