ML Research Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build, profile, and optimize distributed frameworks for LLM training and inference.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams and researchers to accelerate model development, evaluation, and data curation.
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art technologies for ML system optimization.
• Develop the platform foundation supporting large-scale machine learning research and development.

Requirements

• Strong interest in system optimization.
• Experience with multi-node LLM training and inference.
• Experience developing large-scale distributed ML systems.
• Strong software engineering skills with CUDA, PyTorch, Transformers, FlashAttention, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Expertise in post-training methods or next-generation LLM use cases, including instruction tuning, RLHF, tool use, reasoning, agents, or multimodal systems.
