What you will do

• Research and develop novel methods to advance large language models
• Work across use cases like reasoning, code, and agents, and modalities including text, image, and speech
• Build tooling and infrastructure for training, evaluation, and analysis of AI models at scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI systems

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid or remote with presence in Paris or London
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java
• Experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch or JAX, or distributed systems such as Ray and Kubernetes
• Strong engineering skills to design complex, production-ready software
• Self-starter with autonomy and teamwork capabilities

Nice to have

• Experience training large transformer models in distributed environments
• Familiarity with the full MLOps stack including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
• Strong publication record in relevant scientific domains
