What you will do

• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and high-quality code
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Communicate technical information clearly within the team
• Collaborate with developers on algorithms and process diagrams
• Integrate internal and external software components
• Identify bugs, solve problems, and improve existing systems
• Collect and analyze user feedback for product development
• Develop and implement strategic development proposals
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Budapest, Hungary with hybrid work requiring office presence at least three days per week
• English language proficiency required; company’s official working language is English
• 3–5+ years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS enterprise environments
• High proficiency in TypeScript (mandatory)
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience with unit and integration testing, debugging
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tulip’s technology stack (React, Redux, Node.js, Golang, Elixir, Electron, MongoDB, Postgres, Docker)
• Experience with machine tools or industrial manufacturing environments
• Startup experience
• Database design and optimization knowledge
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies
