What you will do

• Own the platform from zero: design and implement integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems.
• Lead the technical direction: define architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Stay hands-on: build end-to-end web apps with a pragmatic approach.
• Stakeholder leadership: partner with CFO, CTO, and team leads to gather requirements.
• Enable the organization: deliver self-service tooling and dashboards.
• Lay the foundations to scale: help shape the hiring plan and mentor future teammates.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineer with strong experience in TypeScript/Node + React or Python (FastAPI) + React/TS.
• Track record shipping internal systems in enterprise-like environments.
• Hands-on and technically strong with excellent judgment.
• Leadership mindset with experience in mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Low-ego, team-spirited, and autonomous.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs / agentic workflows.
• Exposure to market-leading SaaS business systems.
• Familiarity with infra & operations (Docker, CI/CD, K8s).
