Junior Full-Stack Consultant (CRM/CX)

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model with office-based work in Athens and availability to travel when needed

What you will do

• Contribute to full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis and solution customization through UAT support and user training.
• Design, integrate, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations, application libraries, and technical documentation.
• Develop innovative concepts and implement consulting solutions for complex IT initiatives.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve business application issues.
• Manage tasks and sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups, delegate work, and report progress to customers and project managers.
• Build long-term client relationships, advise customers, and identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-oriented skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
• Availability to travel when needed.
