What you will do

• Build and enhance user-facing AI applications for major enterprise customers including Fortune 500 companies
• Develop and refine features for Scale’s GenAI Platform to build and manage AI-driven agents
• Design, build, and optimize polished, high-performance UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML teams to create seamless user experiences
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure
• Ship features rapidly while maintaining high code quality, performance, and accessibility

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle for onsite work
• 5+ years experience in frontend or fullstack development with modern tech stacks
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Experience with backend technologies like FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Passion for AI and experience with interactive AI applications or agent-based systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and ML teams
