Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop new features and applications using the full technology stack including Java, Spring, React, and Node.js.
• Contribute to design and development decisions and influence system architecture.
• Work in an agile environment using Scrum, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver incremental value.
• Maintain and improve stability and scalability of the Teamworx platform and related services.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of software development experience with a proven track record on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks including Java, SQL, and Oracle DB.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Location: Must be onsite in Atlanta, Boston, or Louisville, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, PL/SQL, and distributed systems.
• Background in developing enterprise-scale web products.
