What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable web automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Define and implement efficient automation strategies to reduce manual testing and improve execution speed.
• Write and maintain high-quality test code and conduct PR reviews.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile environment to integrate automation early.
• Drive multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced CI/CD environment ensuring stable test execution.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend cutting-edge automation tools to optimize testing and reduce flakiness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View, CA, USA
• 5+ years experience as Sr SDET or Software Engineer focused on web automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, and Pytest.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and security testing best practices.
