What you will do

  • Partner with sales in pre-sales to design and present observability and SIEM solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments ensuring smooth onboarding and value delivery.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and build customer trust through technical expertise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor identifying optimization opportunities and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain opportunity information in Salesforce and support revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years experience in observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms with customer-facing pre-sales or adoption roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Splunk and familiarity with tools like Cribl, Grafana, Elastic.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and programming skills in SQL, Python, or Java.
  • Ability to lead discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise solutions integrated with observability stacks.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience bringing new products to market and guiding early customer adoption.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale log and metrics data storage and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with security analytics, incident response, compliance, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Passion for mentoring and contributing to technical excellence and customer success culture.
