What you will do
- Partner with sales in pre-sales to design and present observability and SIEM solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments ensuring smooth onboarding and value delivery.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and build customer trust through technical expertise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor identifying optimization opportunities and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Maintain opportunity information in Salesforce and support revenue targets.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms with customer-facing pre-sales or adoption roles.
- Strong knowledge of Splunk and familiarity with tools like Cribl, Grafana, Elastic.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and programming skills in SQL, Python, or Java.
- Ability to lead discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise solutions integrated with observability stacks.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience bringing new products to market and guiding early customer adoption.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale log and metrics data storage and query optimization.
- Familiarity with security analytics, incident response, compliance, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Helm).
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
- Passion for mentoring and contributing to technical excellence and customer success culture.
