What you will do

• Own deployment and configuration of hirify.global platform and strategic modules for customers.
• Advise customers on optimal solutions and best practices to deliver meaningful value.
• Act as an extension of the customer’s team, managing onboarding, deployments, and project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to prioritize roadmap and beta testing.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from junior analysts to executives.
• Present value-focused demos and bespoke workflow configurations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with in-person presence in London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• 5-8 years experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new products and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
