What you will do

• Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tailored to healthcare audiences.
• Plan and manage all aspects of healthcare industry events and third-party conferences.
• Oversee event logistics including venue, vendors, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Plan and host virtual events such as webinars and panel discussions.
• Coordinate messaging, collateral, and track event performance impacting pipeline.
• Engage healthcare partners to co-host events and collaborate on joint programs.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience in healthcare event marketing or operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and health tech required.
• Strong project management and logistics coordination skills.
• Experience with trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% for field events and meetings.
