What you will do

• Contribute to day-to-day SOC activities, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to security threats.
• Continuously monitor and analyze security alerts to detect suspicious activities.
• Conduct investigations and respond to security incidents, executing necessary containment and remediation steps.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SOC analysts.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and IT teams to ensure seamless operation of security tools.
• Assist with onboarding and configuring SOC services for new customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity operations role.
• Strong understanding of EDR and SecOps toolsets.
• Experience mentoring junior SOC analysts.
• Clear communication skills for client-facing situations.
• Must have permission to work in the USA.
