What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end AI capabilities across backend and frontend stacks.
• Rapidly prototype, benchmark, and tune LLM models and agentic architectures.
• Establish and improve evaluation frameworks for AI-driven product features.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and go-to-market teams to create AI-first user experiences.
• Drive product development initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York or able to work onsite.
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with fullstack development in Python and React.
• Strong knowledge and interest in AI/LLM models and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and product sense.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher) required.
