What you will do

• Innovate and build new vertical AI products from the ground up, leveraging hirify.global' data and AI capabilities.
• Create simple yet powerful interfaces for very complex data and workflows using the latest UX/UI technologies.
• Design interfaces for GenAI agents, ensuring human oversight through inspectability and transparency.
• Develop complex visualizations such as data pipelines, data mappings, customer journey flows, and identity graphs.
• Enable product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
• Build an interactive environment for collaborative, massive-scale data projects with an easy path to production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).
• Experience building complex workflows and complex analytics visualizations.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Passion for user experience and design and a deep understanding of front-end architecture.
• Must be based in New York City, New York.
