What you will do
- Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys and define CX KPIs.
- Drive CX improvements and prioritize actions with service and operations teams.
- Collaborate on global CX projects and ensure EMEA adoption of CX tools.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize CX trends and insights.
- Act as a customer advocate during process changes and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Bratislava, Slovakia
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Customer Experience or related roles.
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and enthusiasm for AI and automation.
