TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: From 2,650 EUR gross monthly + variable part 12% of annual earnings

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys and define CX KPIs.
  • Drive CX improvements and prioritize actions with service and operations teams.
  • Collaborate on global CX projects and ensure EMEA adoption of CX tools.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize CX trends and insights.
  • Act as a customer advocate during process changes and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Bratislava, Slovakia
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in Customer Experience or related roles.
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and enthusiasm for AI and automation.
