What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain OpenShift clusters across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications on OpenShift.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for proactive health checks and performance tuning.
• Ensure security and compliance with RBAC, security policies, and auditing in OpenShift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on containerization and automation best practices.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes in production.
• Strong automation skills with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud OpenShift deployments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, CRI-O, or Podman.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with microservices architecture and container-based applications.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices and tools.
