Location: Hybrid model with at least 4 days in office per week in Mumbai

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure microservices using Java, REST, and gRPC.
• Work within an Agile team to meet project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Build highly efficient, concurrent, and fault-tolerant software systems.
• Collaborate with product management and business users to deliver the product roadmap.
• Innovate solutions to complex problems and identify roadblocks.
• Engage with the wider Aladdin Engineering organization beyond the immediate team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
• Experience designing scalable microservices using REST and gRPC
• Familiarity with containerization (OCI), cloud-native microservice orchestration, and cloud services is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with majority office presence in Mumbai
