What you will do

• Design and execute storytelling campaigns that bring our values, achievements, and culture to life.
• Curate and write internal content that celebrates milestones, award wins, and people stories.
• Partner with the Designer to create visually engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with the Culture & Comms Partner to align messaging.
• Keep employer branding platforms updated.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or employer branding.
• Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience collaborating on brand or engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of engagement and analytics tools is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
