Focus on driving renewals, onboarding new customers, and implementing proactive communication strategies.

What you will do

Master the product and corporate culture.
Drive renewal calls and new customer onboardings.
Organize and present webinars with internal experts.
Develop a relationship of trust with clients and identify new project opportunities.
Reduce churn by implementing remedial action plans.

Requirements

First experience in a Customer Success Manager position or related roles.
Keen interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Native French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum).
