What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives applying modern machine learning to critical validation problems.
• Improve model interpretability to build trust in autonomous systems.
• Refine features and embedding space for better scenario identification.
• Integrate AV performance data for accurate risk predictions.
• Optimize models and sampling methodologies using data science expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support validation efforts.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field and/or 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Expertise in machine learning concepts and strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Proven ability to drive progress independently and lead technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
