What you will do
- Develop strategic technical and operational relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Drive high-quality incorporation of hirify.global within merchant and partner operations.
- Identify and drive new feature requests with Product teams.
- Engage with merchants to overcome technical blockers and increase adoption.
- Lead quarterly operational summits to enhance operational relationships.
- Provide technical support and best practices post-integration.
Requirements
- Solid experience in enterprise-level client-facing work.
- Experience with supporting APIs and explaining API concepts.
- Understanding of web or mobile application concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the payment industry is desired but not required.
