What you will do

• Develop strategic technical and operational relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Drive high-quality incorporation of hirify.global within merchant and partner operations.
• Identify and drive new feature requests with Product teams.
• Engage with merchants to overcome technical blockers and increase adoption.
• Lead quarterly operational summits to enhance operational relationships.
• Provide technical support and best practices post-integration.

Requirements

• Solid experience in enterprise-level client-facing work.
• Experience with supporting APIs and explaining API concepts.
• Understanding of web or mobile application concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the payment industry is desired but not required.
